Skip hire access and permit costs in Liverpool
You’ll need to make sure there is enough space on your property to place the skip and that our delivery truck has access to this spot.
You can place the skip on the roadside outside your house, but this requires a permit from Liverpool City Council. We will arrange this for you, and the cost will be included in your total skip hire price. The cost of a permit is £25.00 + VAT and is decided by your local council, we do not charge extra.
Please note an 8 yard skip is the biggest size skip that can go on the public road. If you need a bigger skip than this, you will need private land such as a driveway or garden.
Skip Hire: What waste can you put in a Skip?
With a skip from Fast Skips, the only waste you cannot dispose of is medical or human waste. However, there are other types of waste you should not put in the skip without letting us know about in advance because we have to deal with certain types of waste with different methods.
